Sleepy time not very sleepy?

Is the general course load of school and exams getting the better of you? Are you finding it difficult to get a good nights sleep because your brain doesn’t stop turning over impossible situations? Or are you finding that your eyes just simply don’t stay shut at night?

There are a lot of things that can mess with sleep habits. Tightness in muscles, stress, hormones even bad sleep posture. The good thing is that massage therapy can help with all of these things. Massage will calm the nervous system, reduce tension in the muscles, and help with circulation. All of these can help you sleep better.

For starters, try a half hour massage at some time during the day. It doesn’t need to be late in the day as the benefits don’t have a time limit. For those who have a real bugger of a time, try a couple half hours a week to build some good sleep habits.

The best part is that while you are still in school, a half hour massage will only cost you $15 with your Green Shield Insurance. We also do direct billing making it so affordable it’s ridiculous.
